Michaela is a very sweet lady and very professional

Horrible experience. I came to the salon 10 min before my appointment time, Micaela met me and said she is wrapping up with the previous client, but left me waiting for 20 min in the salon, later she came back and informed me that it’s going to take another 20 min. This is not serious! I came for this appointment already paying upfront. She was pretty rude when I could not take other suggested times she was offering, which made me really upset, and she said she' cancel. Where is my Refund?!

Indeed a horrible experience. If I could rate clients you would get a one star as well.

It is purely your decision to come 10 minutes earlier. After I left you waiting for 8 minutes I came to inform you that things are not going as planned with finishing with previous client, I offered you a cup of coffee while waiting, I offered you a rescheduling in case you cannot wait for another 10-15 minutes and I also offered you a full refund in case you’d like to just cancel. I apologized to you nicely.

You decided for an option to reschedule your appointment. None of the 6 availabilities I gave you was good for you, your answer was no to anything I tried to do for you and indeed I would cancel my after work plans to accomodate you after working hours. That was also not enough for you. There is nothing else I could do for you if you decide to have a princess attitude and request to cancel some of my clients. This is simply unacceptable request.

I offered you more than any other nail technician would do.

Your total waiting time would be 20 minutes which is not usual but things can go wrong and I informed you immediately when I found out.

Processing a refund via Treatwell can take up to 48 hours.

As I promised you’ll be refunded.

For the future reference I would suggest you find a different nail technician.
